This lovely clear glass soap dispenser is decorated with Larry Canter's painting he calls 'Spots of Picasso.' We don't believe that Picasso had a dalmatian but hopefully he would still have appreciated this tribute to him. The dispenser includes a white with silver-colored trim hand pump. The glass is hand-glazed giving a painted on, elegant look. This belongs on the dresser top of all dog lovers.
